Probably the most underrated 90s Japanese sports car.
This was really fun build, pretty old simple kit but very nicely detailed and very accurate to real car. Only wish there were more details for the interior.
The body has couple of black trims that requires some masking techniques. Other than that, fairly simple, easy kit to build.
I added some JDM style mods to the exterior, TE37 wheels and scratch-made titanium exhausts.😜
Highly recommend for 90s JDM lovers and Mitsubishi fans👍

Love the final product, bit disappointed the kit didn't come with an engine. Also, bit random to ask, are you thinking of doing the 2022 GR86 from Tamiya that came out this year?

U could deepen some lines in the interior as u do it on the bodys outside. Would look way more realistic i bet.
the GTO did have 4WS, active steering and active exhaust plus active suspension to make great handling!
Loved everything about it except where he put the flock I the back hatch. As someone who has own 4 of the na cars and 1 twin turbo car. They all had a roll out divider that separated the hatch from the truck

Was cutting the suspension to lower it? if so im confused how it worked.... cause you took material out, but the distance between the upper and lower mounts remains the same? how does it all fit together? tutorial?
Next time use a little Magnet instead of money. It will better and more "heavy feeling"

Always save the final wax until after the trim is painted. With all of the wax that's stuck in those panel lines, painting over wax is never a good idea.
I didn't show all the steps but i actually wax about 3 times. After trim painting and After complete assembly too. And the reason why i use this 3M Hand Glaze wax is it doesn't get stuck in the panel gaps like other wax products and it's very easy to remove them with brush if it's stuck in the panel lines👍
@@ModelCarMods try some Turtle Wax ceramic spray (just apply to a microfiber). It makes everything look wet.

Yes! I really liked Sennas brakes so i made bunch of duplicates and using them on almost every models🤪
Why put coins inside the model kit?
When i see Thumbnail First i thought Mitsubishi eclipse Brian Corner Paul Walker Mitsubishi eclipse F Green ast and Furious 😂
