I make weight loss apart of my goal for 2 years and I still haven’t achieved it. I would write things down like, loose 30 kilos or fit into size 10 jeans but maybe what I should’ve done was to break down the goal into many sub goals to achieve the results that I want so it would allow me to loose weight and live a more healthier life. I will try to adapt most if not all the goals you have mentioned and hopefully this time next year, I can be in the place I vision myself to be in. This is very informative, thanks a lot.
It’s so hard to set weight loss goals, and then even more disappointing when you don’t meet them, or even gain it back. I stopped doing that a couple years ago because I found that just following a few goals on a daily/weekly basis got me to my weight loss goals anyways, while also allowing me to live life and embody more of a lifestyle of health and wellness as opposed to a one-off, really difficult thing of restricting and working out a ton. Sub goals are super helpful and also realistic. You’ll get there! I also have about 15 to lose at the moment and I know that following my tips consistently will get me there in a healthy and fulfilling way. Here’s to health in 2021! ♥️
