Also we think all your videos are awesome and my favorite videos are the squirrel obstacle courses.❤hope you keep making amazing content for years to come.😊
What's incredible to me about Mark is his confidence to give this speech. He teased himself, famous people, and MIT at several points throughout. The amount of allusions in this speech ensured that everyone would resonate with it in at least one way. The humility he showed and down to earthness(Is that a word?) showed his human side which is really cool to see. That is true confidence in my opinion, and I hope the MIT graduates and everyone listening to it can bring some of this confidence into their lives to make the world a better, non-judgmental place.

I'm not sure if this will sound wrong but now I wish there was a video about Mark's mom - she sounds amazing and inspiring
That doesn't sound wrong at all. I completely understand. To have raised her a child, into the adult that Mark is today, she had to be a pretty amazing woman!
Mrs Rober sounds like she was among the vaunted company of being an _Ultimate W Mom,_ I personally think my own mom could be counted among them but that might be personal bias, but Mrs Rober objectively sounds like she's a true OG Ultimate W Mom, especially what with her positive influence still continuing forward even a decade later.
Perfection is only made when you can see the pureness of what his words really meant. Awesome job, Mark Rober.
That was a stellar speech, I love to hear advice from a person that has achived your level of sucess.

4:35 that gave me goose bumps. I can’t even express the beauty in that moment and the nostalgia that went through me.
Incredible speech! Your metaphors really helped me understand my childlike actions I've made when I was smaller. Not only that, the three life advices you gave at the ceremoney will also be very helpful in the future. Thank you very much! :)
I‘m a middle school student of South Korea. And now, I'm watching one of the greatest motivational commencements speech. It is really amazing to watch a video of another continent. Thank you for the video Mark!

Amazing speech Mark! I hope someday I’ll be among students at MIT as well. I’ve always looked up to you as an idol. Creative, smart, kind, and willing to embrace the unknown. Congratulations on your speech! ❤ ❤ ❤
No idol, just a human who persevered, had the confidence even through his failures and trials might have made him think twice about himself ❤
@@JT-py7ze he said "I’ve always looked up to you as an idol"

thats means he saw him as an idol
doesn't mean you have to

I wanted to cry hearing it
I love attending graduations! Would have loved to witness this one at MITs. Congratulations to all the graduates.
Hey Mark! I was the faculty member you had a chat with in the cafeteria! You are such an amazing person on and off camera. I cant believe it when they said you where gonna come here and give a speech. I rushed to the cafeteria to see you and sign a magazine. Thank you so much. You’re such an inspiration!
That speech was amazing! Witty, insightful, empathetic, and entertaining. Also, mad respect for challenging yourself to step outside your comfort zone with public speaking :) A beautifully written and performed speech! 🎉

Love it that you break rule, and traditions! I love your speech. Congrats all MIT grads!
This is so cool, me and my older brother have been watching you since the pandemic. My brother’s dream school is MIT and I think your speech really encouraged him!
Thumbs up for you!
The word you're looking for might be pragmatism.
Keep rocking.
can I just say I think the most inspirational part of this for me is listening to you mess up words the same way I do all the time and just keep going. Thank you so much for not being perfect.
It was a speech I needed. Thank you so much for sharing such a content.

Incredible insight I hope they take his words to heart..
I just watched this, and I got shivers towards the end!!
It’s so nice to see Mark getting the recognition he deserves!
This was epic. And your mother’s influence may have started as ripples but has developed in to tidal waves. This brought back so many memories of my university graduation with a not so spirit boosting speech. My husband and I love your channel and now my daughter loves it thanks to the Adley colab.
Thank you very much for the inspiration.
I love the humour you used. What an amazing speech Mark
Im officially starting college in about two months. You've been the main reason I'm going into mechanical engineering. I'm going to The Ohio State University, and its been a dream of mine for years now. This speech has made the fear of college more manageable. Thank you for always being an inspiration
Best of luck!

for you attending such a bottom feeder school.....
Congrats dude! Learn from me, Professor Leonard on CZcams is incredible for learning calculus, Jeff Hanson is incredible for Statics courses, and Libgen for textbooks. Get involved in clubs, internships and extracurriculars because they are more valuable than grades for work opportunities, and don't give up! This degree is more a matter of persistence and discipline than sheer intelligence.
If there’s an award for most inspiring individual you deserve it, Mark, through all of your work whether intentional or not you instill curiosity and a passion for impacting the world into everyone who watches and listens to you.
Very motivating and inspiring speech given by you 👍❤😊
So touched!
