  • I Respect every single Hausa Kooko Seller❤️🇬🇭🙏🏼
Hausa Kooko is a Popular Ghanaian Street Breakfast made from Millet. It's always being on my bucket list to spend a day in a typical Hausa kooko production house, and also have first hand experience of what they go through every single day to provide this popular breakfast to us Ghanaians. Meet Hajia Sadia and her team, She has been doing Hausa kooko at Nima ,Near Nima gutter for years.
The process is fascinating and intriguing, and not as easy as I thought. I was so impressed by how these beautiful women prepare this Hausa Kooko. It doesn't go though any cooking process aside cooking the millet water for mixing. The kooko is basically achieved by mixing the hot millet water with the remaining millet❤️
In this video we are learning how to make Hausa Kooko, Red Hausa Kooko , Kunu Kanwa as well has Koose bread
To support Hajia Sadias business , you can reach her on 0243607964, Nima gutter
