my opinion basing on what I've seen there it's a steady ambitious country utilising the little resources it has more so good at marketing it's developments to the world on social media that most people I'm distant economies have gotten their own pictures pictures and perspectives of it towards it not knowing What's true on ground
Certainly I would love to stay in Uganda simply because of the welcoming Ugandan people. Ugandans are are very hospitable n welcoming. I can't visit a city like Kigali because it clean streets. I go to a place not to see streets but the people. So Kampala is the place to be
I think you the one who has language barrier issue, Rwandans speak many languages, if you can’t speak Kinyarwanda, French, Swahili, do you want them to learn your local language?
Uganda is the most entrepreneur country in the world . And the most livable country in east African the cost of living is low and affordable compared to other east African countries based on statistics.
Uganda's sociality is on onother level. Those guys love party, their politics doesn't stop their vibe bro. I think its the most lively country in East Africa

Rwanda is organized with people who understand policies and fear the president unlike Uganda is more developed in infrastructure, Agricultural, business, people, life style, you start any business in Uganda, you can stay anywhere and no one will mind in Rwanda that not the case government will monitor, people will spy on you as they report to police someone new they don't know while in Uganda everyone minded their business
