マフラーカッターを追加してみた スイフトスポーツZC33S 【I added a muffler cutter】

1月に車検通しました。このマフラーカッターをそのまま装着したまま車検パスです😊
これだけ出っ張っていると普通ではNGですね…。リアアンダースポイラーのおかげです。
一応ご報告まで🍀

結局のところ、このマフラーカッターの寸法は、外径はφ102、内径はφ100、出口側の内径がφ77、外したスペーサーが6mm厚でした。100mm-6mmで差し引き94mmがこのマフラーカッターの内径であった為、無加工ではスイフトスポーツの純正マフラーカッターには装着できませんでした。あと、動画内では「固定するためのホースバンド」が締めにくいことを伝えてますが、実際マイナスドライバーの太くて短いもので締め込んでいます。かなりぎゅうぎゅう締めています。5日ほど走行していますが、緩む気配はありません。脱落防止もしているので、心配は全くありません。

今回は純正マフラーカッターの上に追加でマフラーカッターを装着する動画になります。
スイフトスポーツ用のマフラーカッターではなく、コペン用のものを流用できそうなので購入しましたが、追加工が必要でした。その工程、取り付け、装着インプレッションなどご覧ください。性能が上がる訳ではありませんが、リアビューの迫力が増し満足です。
動画内の塗装のところで「厚塗りは厳禁です。溶剤の揮発には少々時間が要ります。」とコメントしていますが、完成動画を観ながらよく考えると、「塗料に含まれた圧縮空気の発散」も待っていますね。マニアックな話ですが、一応補足しておきます。

As it turned out, the dimensions of this muffler cutter were: outer diameter φ102, inner diameter φ100, exit side inner diameter φ77, and the removed spacer was 6mm thick. Since the inner diameter of this muffler cutter was 100mm-6mm minus 94mm, it could not be installed on the genuine Swift Sport muffler cutter without any processing. Also, in the video, it says that the "hose band for fixing" is difficult to tighten, but I actually tightened it with a thick and short flathead screwdriver. It's quite tight. I've been driving it for about 5 days and it shows no signs of loosening. It also prevents it from falling off, so you don't have to worry about it at all.

リアフォグは市販のABS製のカバーを加工してLEDバーを仕込みました。
スモールライトと連動発光にしてあります。

ZC33Sですが、ボルトを外したのにマフラーカッターが取れません😭結構な力でやってるんですけど取れません😭教えてください😭

確かにボルト取ってもとれずらかったですね…。多分砂が噛んで固着してるんだと思います。クレ556などの潤滑剤をたっぷり吹いて、グローブ装着して、グリグリ回したらいかがでしょうか。
