Dr. I'm hoping na matulungan niyo po ako, nawala lahat sakin. Confidence ko, family and friends ko. Sobrang liit na ng group of people na kinakausap ko sa kadahilanang nahihiya ako kumausap ng tao. May times pa na naaapektuhan na family ko kasi miski sila naging introvert nadin over time nang dahil sakin. Di ako makapag work dahil sobrang baba ng self esteem ko. Gusto ko lang maging normal ulit. Gusto ko bumalik yung sigla ko tsaka sigla ng family ko kapag may mga events o family gathering. May times kasi na parang feeling ko tinutusok ako ng mga tingen ng tao sa sobrang conscious ko sa paligid ko, feeling ko lagi ako tinitignan ng tao at sobra napo akong naaapektohan mentally. Di ko napo alam gagawin ko sana matulungan niyo po ako 😭. Matagal ko napong sinusuot yung removable denture ko for 5 years.

Ive been wearing denture for 10 years na i only have myself to blame ksi d ko naalagaan yung teeth ko during my younger years because of my job i need to remove mga 4 up front teeth same kmi nyan ni ate sa video , probinsyano at kulang din sa knowledge sa dentistry i decide to remove that 4 teeth na pwede pa pla sna e pasta i cannot hate the dentist ksi kulang din at wla akong pera that time the easier way is to remove the 4 of them , that is one of my biggest mistake now im paying the price nahihiya ako ngumiti then yung gilagid ksi ng postiso isang kain mo lng dumidikit na agad yung amoy ng food , it took almost half of my confidence both in speaking loud and ofcourse in kissing wla nmng foul smell ang ayaw ko lng yung isang kain mo lng dikit ang amoy ng food and nahihiya tlaga ako humalik i feel so ashame about it now may pampaayos na i hope to visit your clinic doc in the coming months , yung part sa ngala ngala tlaga ayaw ko sa denture ko as what ive read dun mas mabilis mag accumulate ang bacteria so i want to get rid of my denture and switch to bridge namimiss na ng dila ko yung ngala ngala ko 🥲 san po pwedeng mag inquire doc thank u

hello po doc! meron rin akong jacket teeth and 5 years na to. bumabaho na rin kahit ako naaamoy ko na and nahihiya na ko makipag usap or makipag kita sa mga friends ko kapag inaaya nila ko. maski sa family ko nahihiya na rin ako, Sana matulungan niyo po ako doc, hindi po mapaayos ng nanay at tatay ko dala ng kahirapan at dahil sa pandemya, im still wishing and hoping na mabalik yung confidence ko magsmile at makipag usap at makihalobilo ulit sakanila ng walang iniisip :((

Ive been wearing denture for 10 years na i only have myself to blame ksi d ko naalagaan yung teeth ko during my younger years because of my job i need to remove mga 4 up front teeth same kmi nyan ni ate sa video , probinsyano at kulang din sa knowledge sa dentistry i decide to remove that 4 teeth na pwede pa pla sna e pasta i cannot hate the dentist ksi kulang din at wla akong pera that time the easier way is to remove the 4 of them , that is one of my biggest mistake now im paying the price nahihiya ako ngumiti then yung gilagid ksi ng postiso isang kain mo lng dumidikit na agad yung amoy ng food , it took almost half of my confidence both in speaking loud and ofcourse in kissing wla nmng foul smell ang ayaw ko lng yung isang kain mo lng dikit ang amoy ng food and nahihiya tlaga ako humalik i feel so ashame about it now may pampaayos na i hope to visit your clinic doc in the coming months , yung part sa ngala ngala tlaga ayaw ko sa denture ko as what ive read dun mas mabilis mag accumulate ang bacteria so i want to get rid of my denture and switch to bridge namimiss na ng dila ko yung ngala ngala ko 🥲 san po pwedeng mag inquire doc thank u
