Korea is divided into different provinces (kinda like how the US is separated by states). In some parts of Korea, the accent is different. Seoul dialect is just standard Korean, Seoul dialect is also a type of dialect that all Koreans understand. Since Jimin and Jungkook are from Busan, they know how to speak in Busan dialect. Since V and Suga are from Daegu, they can use Daegu dialect. Busan and Daegu are in the same province, so the dialect sounds similar, but they aren’t the same. So dialect is basically how you speak from your native region.

Dialect is the same as an accent. Sometimes Daegu dialect is hard to understand. That’s it. Sorry for making my reply so long, just wanted to help😂💜
