- In this tutorial, I show you how to set up a VPN server on your TP-Link router.
TP-Link Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 routers have a VPN server feature that you can set up and use. It’s a convenient feature when you want to connect to your home network from outside your network or to protect your devices when you connect to a public Wi-Fi you don’t trust. Here’s how to configure and use the OpenVPN server on your TP-Link router.
Note: To be able to set up a VPN on your WiFi router, you should have either a Dynamic or Static Public WAN IP. - Věda a technologie
Wonderful video as usual. But if possible also try to cover those ppl whos IPs r dynamic. 1 video of that setup will be gr8 as most ISP provide that knda IP only and u will have to pay extra if u want 1 specific IP, also it requires additional documents submission n all (Govt Protocall). So it will be really nice if u can make that video for all such ppl. And once again, really appreciate ur efforts & work. Really nice videos you make, to the point and no timepass. Gr8 work bro, keep it up. TC
Use No-IP to get a free static IP.
Hi, you should change your IP if you're still using the same Static IP, because it's visible in the video.
Thanks mate, very helpful 👍
Thanks, very very helpful.

Great video!
How to set up static IP on jio? Does this need to be subscribed or a setting that can be enabled?
Bro My router doesn't have port triggering option only port forwarding, SIP ALG, UPNP option. Kindly give me solution bro. 🙏
Thank you for the great tutorial! Can I install the OpenVPN client on other TP-Link router, so I can connect all my devices to it?
Hi.. I want to connect open VPN to connect to my clients license server. I already have configuration file from them. If i import that configuration file instead of generating myself, is it will solve my purpose?.
I did this but I don't think this is complete. Don't you still have to open port on your primary router?
What? I didn't understand how did you end up in Mumbai???
Hi, I am trying to set the OpenVPN Server on my TP-Link TL-MR6400, but I get the following error when doing the NAT Port Forwarding:
"Error code: 4981
The current settings (External Port) conflict with the Internet access of the OPENVPN Service."
Then, after skipping that step, when I try to connect from my external device from Internet, I get Timeout Error and cannot establish the VPN connection.
Does anybody know how to solve it?
Ask ChatGPT :)
