Hey Bosskey, I watched this interview and another interview with SPB. Other than this and with one more Telugu actor whom I forgot. What I like about your interviews is that, you have such a repository of knowledge on Music. In both this and the SPB interview you are able to ask the right questions and you are able to handle the guest very well and the guest seem to be enjoying your kadi jokes and silly interventions. I think the success of your program is only that and you have succeeded in that big time. Keep rocking!
For those who keep commenting that Bosskey doesn't let the guests speak. The nature of this show itself is intervention and Bosskey is doing justice to his shows. This is his show and the guests like that aspect of the host. So bear it in mind and don't expect a full formal interview from these shows, there are other interviews for that. I am not a great Bosskey's fan, but this is what I realise after watching these couple of interviews!!
I was expecting you would ask about the song (Sara Sara Saarakaathu) that was a wonderful rendering by Chinmayi. I felt your comedy was of correct level, that made this show higher to your other shows.

Actually the mic technique was widely exposed and used by A.R.Rahman way before Harris. Singer Nityashree said the same thing in her interview in the 90s about her recording experience for Kannodu Kambethellam song. A.R.Rahman will dictate on how the mic should be placed and how her head should be alligned along with the mic to get the correct tone for a song. A.R.Rahman is very peculiar when it comes to sound quality. It is worth mentioning it was A.R.Rahman that first used the air sound of the flute in his songs. This was mentioned by the late H.Sridar sir. About the sound quality, funny i nener felt Harris songs had that kind of superior sound especially off late in his songs. Agreed his early 2000s albums had great sound quality but not lately. I used to use and still use A.R.Rahman cds to test sound quality. Especially his Kadhalan/Sangamam/Kadhalar Dhinam/Uyire/Rhythm cds. But yes, agreed that post 2008 A.R.Rahman's sound quality has fell drastically below an average quality.
But Still Harris Jayaraj sound quality stands brother.....still his song's music never disturb the lyrics. Most of his album hit films are released after 2010....what's your view on this?
@@hariprasanth9849 I really think his 2001- 2005 albums had sound quality that was way beyond good. His latest songs are usually using the same loop samples for most songs so it doesnt really standout as his early 2000s album. But overall sound quality wise he did manage to stabilize throughout tho. Harris is an awesome sound engineer. A.R.Rahman created the platform but Harris kinda enhanced it.
@@isaiiwithhari8170 Good that you accepted the sound quality of Harris is better. Ya maybe the same style of his songs may be called as his signature. But he really shows importance in his clarity and quality. The sounding during that period of year cannot be done now because really normal people won't encourage it so he must get adapted to the newer generation so we can't expect that quality. But using newer gen instruments he tops in quality as a sound engineer but less as a music composer. A.R. Rahman's album was great till some extent with his old sound engineer but compared to now his musics overtakes the lyrics but as a composer wise is still great.

Brother Every music director has a separate sound engineer..But Rahman sir says his engineering to keep this in this volume and keep that in left pan ,stereolize the vocal..The whole sounding was said by the music director..The role sound engineer is to do what they say thats all..Ok..The whole idea of sounding is done by Music composers not sound engineers..I said that ok..Harris sir also have a sound engineer..Everyone has....😊

bosskey doesnt hate harris i guess, he is expecting harris to explore more than what he usually does , but i do disagree his comments on harris . harris is a commercial music composer ,you can vouch for your money , He does not disppoint on investment however musicllay he has to go an extra mile for music listeners else he will soon be forgotten cause competition from anirudh, santhosh narayanan has already overshadowed u1 and gvp , harris is almost survivng unlike others but time has come for him to explore deeply and change
