Didn't work for me, although installing Brave using the instructions from the same channel did work.
Package firefox is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
gnome-browser-connector
E: Package 'firefox' has no installation candidate
Try
firefox-esr
