All family petitioners should be arranged a campaign before USA election. Immigration reform and visa Cap increase. Without increase visa Cap family immigration never be fast. So move on for your family members.

My priority date has been current for some time now for f2a but no interview letter
I need help even though I filed with a lawyer but I filed my i130 for my husband as a citizen he stays in Sierra Leone around March ending last year they received it April 6th 2023 and on September 7th they sent a letter saying your case has been actively reviewed but they also changed my services center from Nebraska to Vermont but it’s been over a year now and I don’t know what to do about it. I keep on calling and calling but same responses it’s within processing time. Please is there anything I can do I just want my husband here with me 🤦🏾♀️

Hi Jacob do you think the visa bulletin dates will move this year F2b category havent moved since august 2022, f1 category hasnt moved since july 2023. Lawyers and attorneys around usa should complain to the government about NVC taking long families have been waiting for so many years no movement.
Executive order can be signed for everything, but none can be signed for family based and employment based categories. They don't really want to clear the backlog in my book

Yes, USCIS uses the Visa Bulletin dates to determine when they can approve your I-130 petition for a green card.

Hey i have filed for my son in 2016 last year April 2023 they asked for his police record he submitted it and i receive an email that it was approved. I have not heard anything back since then.

If your son is over 21 and you are a citizen..he would fall in F1 category and is not yet current because his priority date is 2016 and the bulletin for that category is only at Oct 2015. So until his priority date becomes current on the bulletin, you won’t hear anything. So many persons documents have been approved and is still awaiting interview 2 years later.
@jacob if our PD is may 2021, will that unavailable thing affect us? Can you please explain what "will become unavailable mean". In immigration terms.
The "unavailable" status likely means USCIS isn't currently displaying case updates. It shouldn't affect your case (May 2021 PD), but check USCIS website for updates periodically.

I had the same issue with charts being confusing. If you are in the immediate relative category (CR 1 and IR 1) our time frame won’t show due to we don’t need a number so no way to track.
I was told by my lawyer ~ since we are just waiting for my spouses interview also ~ that we don’t need to pay attention to the visa bulletin. We are just waiting for the interview letter . We were DQ in Nov. 2023. Still waiting. 😮 All changeability areas.
