My parents used to give us the "Mind your Manners, I raised ladies not heathens"talk whenever we went to parties or every Sunday at church. We still repeat this phrase, amongst ourselves, when we go out to eat or attend family events. We giggle everytime we do it and my Mom still gets a kick out of reminding us. I LOVED that Ryan was thoughtful enough to remove his shoes before walking on the carpet. Mr. and Mrs. Donnelly, you raised amazing kids.

Well, I'm a car guy. And my house is like HALF the size of their VACATION home! But at least I have a garage! But I can only fit ONE of my antique cars in there and I have 2! I thought about adding on to the existing one, but it will cost a bundle!

I would call this a townhouse and not a condo. Condo is living on top of each other like apartments. Townhouse you only share a wall.
That's EXACTLY what a condo is; an apartment building where the people actually OWN the apartments and by extension the building instead of renting from some corporation. This is indeed a townhouse.
