    I still can't believe Davinci Resolve is free. It's Awesome!

      Blackmagic design is actually primarily focusing on hardware (cameras, GPUs, etc.), and when filmmakers start out with the free version of Resolve, they are more likely to buy Blackmagic products in the future.
      I'm extremely grateful for Resolve too!

      @@bragefuglseth3505 ya true have used black magic clip like pocket cinema 4k.
      It just flies in resolve if we compare from canon and others have used m50 that also in both 4k and 1080p.
      And render and editing blackmagic footage is much easy if blackmagic ever have a good or even semi decent auto focus I would ditch all the camera and go for it and only two reasons I am not using blackmagic 4k first is budget have not that money currently and second is lack of auto focus as I really need to learn a lot in manual focus

      @MrAlexTech  Před 3 lety +3

      Ohhh man 😆! Yeah the tracking does a decent job, sometimes it can just fall over completely but for simple objects it's quite good. As you saw in the video, the building track worked great. The intro to this video was a bit more difficult but still way quicker than doing it frame by frame 🙂

      I can't quite remember what clip denotes but, frame, is signifying that every frame that you adjust will ad a new point/keyframe. Or something along those lines. Clip would just *not* do that.

    I've been using alpha channel controls for layering objects (like this) and transitions (e.g. luma fade transitions). For complicated shapes (like hair) I've used chroma key replacement with mixed results. I ended up combining 8 alpha chanel nodes (both pen tool and color picker), thinking "There must be a better flow for this!". Is there a better flow for more complicated alpha channel combinations?
