Best puzzles in the history of adventure games so far.This episode takes some practice. Cheating is not in the dictionary. Really cool characters too. I guess I had better forgive those not patient enough for this kind of game.

I have two questions:
1. Why is the title "The Bogey Man"?
2. There was a moment when I didn't know what to do, and I used the wrench with the jail window, and Mr Muzzles took it. Does that have any meaning?

Probably to do with the country club, which are usually associated with golf.

"Bogey" is a golf term.

The boogeyman used to be pronounced Bogeyman and it still often is in England. The name of this episode is a play on words due to the episode revolving around golf.

(2) That's purely optional, but it earns you an achievement in the Xbox release.

Maybe he figured Gromit would respond best to his master's voice.

Because it's also the voice of the person dogs bond with and have learned to take orders from, from a young age during training sessions. Dogs can tell the difference in people's voices, even if they sound very similar.
