@@NAmriita2327 thank you for your question. This is the Kurukulle Mantra, not Red Tara. Before practising this mantra you would need permission and instruction from a teacher who is recognized Dzogchen Lineage successor. Listening to the Mantra is of course fine :)

@@NAmriita2327 yes, there is a lot of information on the internet :) I learned from my Guru that Kurukulle and Red Tara are not the same. I would suggest practicing Mantras that are open for all to practice and see what happens in your own experience when you do so: the Green Tara Mantra "Om Tare Tutare Ture Soha" or the Vajra Guru Mantra "Om Ah Hung Benza Guru Pema Siddhi Hung"(This is the Tibetan version I practice). Both are very supportive and powerful mantras that you can test in your own experience if you would like to.

Thank you for your question. As is stated in the video comments, one needs instruction and permission from a verified Dzogchen Lineage successor before practicing the Kurukulle Mantra. Everyone can have a Guru, it is a question of looking and then going to some teachers to test out their teachings and practices until you find a Guru that resonates with you. Good luck!
