so i've seen enough season simulations at this point to know... the only person who can potentially stop luka doncic in year 1 and victor wembanyama in year 10 is a made up 99 overall alien from the deep recesses of outer space (or canada). so today, i bring a pure 99 overall into the nba to see how his career plays out on nba 2k23.

I remember when I was playing the first year of the NBA MyCareer on 2k21 and put up ridiculous MVP stats on Hall of Fame playing for the Mavericks. I ended up signing both Paul George and Giannis the next year, leaving me with a stacked team with the Don himself as well still for a total of four All-Star talented players in Dallas. I still have screenshots of Giannis picking up my 5'10" character and holding him back because I had fouled the guy I was guarding
