We are now a retired husband and Wife couple who will soon be relocating to Florida, once we put our house for sale. This floor plan is the ideal traditional one that we have been wishing to find with front formal living room and from formal dining room, two stories. But we will be coming from a big house to a smaller version of that house if that manufacturer has one in their inventory. We are empty nesters, we no longer need that many bedrooms, a tub in the master bedroom is a must and covered lanai over the pool too. We are from Long Island, New York, can you check to see if you have that same but smaller floor plan in their inventory please!

i want to send all these builders o an island and teach them how to build a home like never putting those wire things in a home they are selling, always add a tub in the master, always add a pot filler and no more half baths. there is more. this home im sure is way over 100k. it should look like it.

Both are great options. Just depends on what you like to do in your free time. One nice feature of Orlando it is centrally located and you can easily take a day trip to either coast. We also do not evacuate for hurricanes.

Why is it that majority of all new construction homes do not come with a pool? Just was curious about it

The majority of builders will let you add a pool when building from scratch. But you are right, they don't add pools on spec homes unless they are in a vacation community.m
