Hi thank you for the video, is this appropriate for my 11 year old? She is the one with the curls. She has long hair and it gets tangle (like a dreadlock) so easily. Would any of your routines be helpful for her Virgen hair? 🙏🏼🙏🏼 she’s starting to hate her curls and I want her to find her love for them.

I have fine virgin curly hair. How many times per week do you recommend the Olaplex treatment?
1x a week is enough! You maybe could even do every other week to stretch out your product if you want!!
