Been using Beadmaker as a last spritz after washing for a few years now and its really good. My car is garaged so never gets that dirty. Twice a year it gets a light machine polish and then turtle wax graphene paste as its main protection. The rest of the time its beadmaker as a topper.
Yes, it's difficult to be aware of all products and to have them all. Not a single company has all the best, you have to choose and learn how to deal with whatever you have and bring also value to people showing how they work. Unfortunately, not all products are available from the UK in the USA and viceversa.
The only thing is Bead Maker doesn't last a month here but at least has a great sleek feeling on the vehicle. Yes, Jamie The Cleaner made the mix of both named Clean Maker 10:1 which works great. P & S made a batch of it and sold it all
Wasn't sure if it was 10:1 or something else.
@TheDetailingSpace yes, the blend that Jamie did was 10 parts Bead Maker and 1 Dream Maker. If my memory serves me well, he also had a video on that about 5 months ago.
I can honestly say, without a shadow of doubt, that Bead Maker is the most over hyped and worst product I've ever used. Calling it a sealent is a total lie.
Not had good results? Tbh, I've only used it a couple of times, so I need to test it a lot more
🎯
Every time I've used the stuff my car is ALWAYS covered in dust after a couple of hours, it's like it just sucks it out of the air.
Which? Bead maker or dream maker?
@@TheDetailingSpace Bead Maker.
Bead Maker was put on the map by Can The Salesman so I should have known better than to buy it. Five years later I've still got it, virtually untouched. Never have I been so unimpressed with a product (other than the Last Coat V1 also hyped up by the Salesman). The only thing going for it is the slickness. If you want what it's name suggests, beads, forget it. So, if you constantly like touching your paint, it's for you. Wrote off that brand ever since.
what would you recommend, just curious
If you want beads then Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer. It's a contender for Most Brady Product .It's very, very cheap and lasts. Perfect as a winter product but you'll get into trouble with streaking if you over apply. Bouncer's Done And Dusted ( the green coloured ) is my favourite all rounder. Very easy to apply, remove and reasonably priced. Only downside is the availability. Been out of stock for a long time but still advertised on their site. The Si version ( black bottle) is also good but a little trickier to remove. But I'm now ceramic coated so I don't use non ceramic products anymore. Tac Systems Si detailer is streaky so I'm moving to Car Chem's version. Hope it's good cos I bought 5:liters! Sorry for the essay but this is our pleasure.
@@johnbender8849If you're looking for beads then it's got to be Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer. It's very cheap and lasts but buffing can be a pain if you over apply it. So apply into the cloth. The trade off to the incredible beading is it's quite grabby and it's not, as it's name would suggest, a shine maker. It makes a very good winter sealant. Bouncer's Done And Dusted ( green coloured bottle )was my best all rounder, especially in the summer. Application and removal is so easy, glossy, beady and streak free. The only negative is availability., been out of stock for a while. The Si version (black bottle) is ever so slightly trickier to apply.and a tad more expensive. I prefered the green and use it often. Although I now use Si spray products but over ceramic coatings. Just got 5 liters of Car Chem's Si so I'm hoping it's good. Sorry for the essay but there's no one single answer.
P&S is definitely not overrated!! It keeps my 335i glossy asf and draws so much attention everyone wants to know what i use to wash my car. I swear 😂
Brake Buster is a good product got the US gallon for £28 delivered,Bead Maker is okay doesn't last long but as you said you can feel the slickness and does add gloss if it was cheaper it would buy it again
Beadmaker = Dustmaker. Cleanmaker = Dustmaker. OG DryingAid aka Adams Slick and Slide - excellent hydrophobics and no dust. DIY Ceramic Gloss Wow Fantastic, Armour Detail - Amplify - Awesome. Cannot go wrong with OG , DIY and AD. If you really wanna kick, try Armour Detail Adapt - Waterless Wash.
Decent products. But very misleading. Beadmaker does nothing of the sort. Water sheets after applying beadmaker. But it does make the paint insanely slick. I also agree with others, it attracts dust like crazy. Dream maker does boost gloss but thats about it. Smells horrible though. Mixing them gives decent results for a couple days. For the money, I have moved to Adams Slick and Slide. Easy to apply, smells better, lasts longer...
Thanks for the reviews, keep them coming appreciate it does take your time and effort but it is helpful. Obviously some people have different opinions from their use of products, but you can only give out what you've experienced.
Thank you
@@TheDetailingSpace Also thought for a moment some yob was going to steal the car!
don’t want to be another hater as these products do become slick and shiny but the biggest down fall is the dust attraction that it comes with even with jamie’s hack it doesn’t help
👍👍
P and S is overrated folks not trying to blow up your video just save folks cash
Thabks for the feedback.... As I say, I've never tried any P&S Products, so thought it was about time (well, other than absolute last summer)
What have you used that’s better
Give at least one example of it being overrated.
Average product IMO.
First!!!
