Hi Anthony just wondering would worn washers cause 31% load injector feedback vals are all in between .3-.6 injectors were replaced by Toyota a little under a year ago not sure if I should just go ahead and change them myself as I think the washers need doing thanks for the brilliant videos 👌

Hey mate love your videos. My readings are all mainly lower than you’re saying but I feel like my car (2008 hilux) is noisy when cold. I understand they aren’t a quiet engine being a diesel and especially cold but still not sure. Tested at 80degrees. Would you be concerned with 10% load, injection volume around 5. Main injection around 550. Injectors are similar to your values on video. I’m confused as I don’t know if that low is good or bad.

Good item about fuel pressure and injectors. On 2015 BMW 520D can you check if pressure and injectors are OK when not starting.

Hi. I’m sorry to bother you. But your the only one on CZcams who makes any sense to me and you explain how it all works. I’m mechanically minded and I can do most things. But when it comes to injectors I can’t seem to find something that explains what I’m looking at. I don’t a scanner quite as good as yours. The only values I’ve got for each injector is the ‘Us’ if that’s what the letters are. My 4 injector reading are all different. At idle the Number 1 is -36 and up. number 2 is 26. number 3 is 10 and. number 4 is the lowest at 0 or up slightly. I don’t expect anything from you in great detail. It just seems like there way out and I thought they all should be similar in valves if they was good.
Probably best advice is to replace them based on averages

On my scanner the valves for the injectors is in ‘Us’ would that be the same sort of valves where yours show mmg reading. I’m only asking cause the only valves I have is in the ‘Us’ and the only ones on yours with a minus on them is in the mmgs if that makes any sense. I’m sorry if I sound like a idiot I’m still trying to learn what and how the valves work. I only have road car. Mercedes c class 646-811 engine. When it’s cold on start up the revs twitch if you just touch the pedal and it seems to be using way to much fuel. Again I can’t thank you enough.
@@Fourby4Diesel hi. I’ve been watching a few of your videos. From what I can tell. The only thing I can find that’s anything like what I’m seeing is the injector timing. I need to find the load and pressure to see if there any where near the reading you say are ok.
Have you tried knocking it into neutral to see if that takes some load off the engine, being automatic

Hey good job bro I have a Toyota Hiace with a 1kd engine..I replaced the injector drive and 4 nozzels currently one of them is making a rattling sound and i lost most of the cars powers especially when going up hill or even carrying a load. How can I sort this problem out can it be the bad fuel injector???.

Hi i have a toyota 2kd engine.....engine will run with a fuel rail pressure 20k at idle and die after abt 15m as fuel pressure decrease up to 14k....the thing is after cool down pressure go back to 20k? How?

Q, - I I recently made a massive mistake in putting unleaded in my deisal Hilux, I drove about 4 ks at 60kph to where I was going then turned it off. When i went to start the Ute again but it wouldn't fire up, it just turned over..
I had all the fuel pumped out by wrong fuel rescue, they got it going straight away for me but I'm worried if I've damaged the fuel system in some way..? The motor sounds perfect but I may have a little flat spot in the power curve when at 2,000 revs to 2200 rpms and it might feel a bit sluggish, it's most noticably when going from third to fourth but every other area of power range seems pretty normal
Could this be as a result of mixing my half tank of deisal with the other half of unleaded..? Or is that distance unlikely to damage anything?
Any advice is appreciated..

Don’t worry about it there’s nothing wrong with it keep driving follow our normal Injector replacement schedule

If injectors are over fueling, what effect it will have on common rail pressure and same what will happen if injectors are under fueling will it increase or decrease the common rail pressure
So , if my injectors values are
Injector 1 (-0.7)
Injector 2 (+3)
Injector 3 (-0.4)
Injector 4 (-3)
Which one I have to repair - Injector 2 or Injector 4 ? I mean is Injector 2 compensate Injector 4 or Injector 4 compensate Injector 2 ? Toyota Avensis T25 2.2 D4D 150hp .

Hi there ... not sure if you can help but worth a question.. I have a 2006 toyota rav4 d4d 180bhp... it blows white fuel smelly smoke when I dump the throttle and takes a bit of driving to get rid of it... there no oil water mixing... and it stinks of fuel so its obviously over fueling ... any ideas to look at... thx

Hello, thanks for the video. At 6:26, the reading of the Target Common Rail pressure is at 35000kpa. It is suppose to be fix or changes whenever you accelerate the car ?
How can you trust this "digital" reading, it seems like information that you see changes very slow for fuel pressure?
Please help 🙏Got a 1gd-ftv 2017 diesel hilux. Cranking but not starting at all. Checked air filter, fuel filter, fuses etc. Apparently mech says it has no fuel pressure like common rail. I run a ARB Frontier long range poly fuel tank. Would this have anything to do with any issues? Code reader don't say anything wrong

What rail pressure do stock 1KD Hilux's see at wide open throttle under load? I am seeing 190,000 kPa but my Hilux isn't stock, just interested how far it has been raised if at all.

Hi . I just wanted to check my pilot 1 injection timing says -45 . pilot 2 -13 and main injection 2.0 . Would that cause a p0098 fault
And the fault varies its not constantly like when below 60degres temp an all the wat to 3000 rpm it can drive like a dream even in higher temps but then it could change drastically also when it just comes on when touching the pedal

@@Fourby4Diesel all the injector feed back reading stays at 0 n sometime one or two injectors reading minus1 ,after 5 minutes off drive car goes in limp mode
