WOW! That spray paint has taken this shimmer wall to a whole new level, I've just ordered a silver shimmer way, maybe I'll use the spray paint method. This is an incredible design for a shimmer wall! 🤩 xo
Yes! It did take it to a whole new level! You can most definitely spray yours as long as it has a full plastic panel in the back of it. Some shimmer walls don’t have that.

I saw a video where someone used a small fan on Low and put it behind the backdrop so that the Shimmer Panels would have constant movement. It was really quite interesting to see it like that. I will try it when I get my wall and hopefully remember to let you know how it turns out. Again thanks so much for all that you share with us. Blessings to you Lanielle

Wow what a difference the spray painting the back black made. I want to order a pink one but I can't spray paint it black it will mess up the tiles.

That spray paint is a must do!!! So rich in color! What a distance a difference!! Do they make them also with the back in black?
I’m pretty sure that these come with a black panel now so you don’t have to spray paint them.

OMG this is STUNNING.I thought my Next investment was going to be the Circle Backdrop Frame, But this has TOTALLY changed my mind. Please tell me did you spray the backs of the Panels with out taking the SHIMMER squares OFF the front?
Yes, that’s correct. I didn’t take the shimmer squares off before spray painting. Whew! That would have been a lot of work!

You can do either one. I would probably use gold.

This did not disappoint! I was going to be heartbroken if you didn’t do a video on this one lol. Thanks for going in depth on how the panels should be laid. You executed this Vegas theme perfectly. Question regarding the movement of the wall…did you place a fan behind it? Also, how long did it take you to complete this minus the time it took you to spray the additional panels?
I did place a fan behind it to get the shimmers to move. This backdrop took me days due to the spray painting. Without that, it probably took me at least 2-3 hours for the backdrop and another 2-3 hours for the balloons.

Thank you! For the first box, I spray painted after adding the zip ties. For the second box, I spray painted before adding the zip ties.

I got some spray paint from Home Depot. You should only need one can. But you can purchase two, just in case. If you don’t use it, you can take it back.

How did u add the neon sign? It seems the panels would have no slots to attach without the wires showing. ❤❤❤

I think they are approximately 12 inches

It comes with zip ties to put the shimmer wall together. It does not come with large zip ties to attach it to a stand.
