Great insight and advice. I’m currently in the process of adding more projects to my portfolio and this was just what I needed to guide me.

Thanks for picking my brain 😂 For real, I definitely needed to hear this. As you mentioned at the beginning of the video, everyone can relate to these as it is really for uxers to get caught up in user-centric theories and completely forget about the business goals.

When it comes to commerical outcomes, should one go as far as to include pricing? Or just say "one time purchase" or "subscription model", etc
