Wow, thank you so much for posting this!! I been searching for an alternative to oil and cold wax (like i mentioned before) because of sensitivity to the cold wax....or could it be the oil paint, too?? I heard about Powerwax and acrylics but found nothing about the technique.....until today! Yay! I'm excited to try and hope it's as fun as Oil/CW. A couple of questions if you don't mind : ) Are you less sensitive to the Powerwax and acrylic? Is it always a 50/50 ratio? i'm very new to acrylics and found that mixed media paper buckles. I assume you must use a hard board and/or heavy paper with acrylic paint? Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. You are truly a gifted artist. Blessings!
Love your work......its inspiring me to move away from traditional realistic oil painting and being more expressive......after 50 years....
How exciting !

I’m not sensitive to this water based cold wax and acrylic at all. Yes about 50/50 ratio and absolutely work on a rigid surface !
Thank you very much!
