And she should have a towel with some disinfectant on it beside her to just wipe the tool off every once in a while so she's not just stabbing the blood,puss, oil and dirt right back into their skin

This camera person needs more practice. And perhaps a tripod or something. Not trying to be a jerk. I'm sure they'll get better. It's annoying when everything is out of focus, shaky, or happening out-of-frame
