So since Charles is a contrarian and he doesn’t wanna pass to rin, what if rin ignores him back and Charles, being the contrarian, would give in and start working with him and that sparks the rin system into a frenzy. i hope something happens next chapter lol.. I like Kaiser, not a fanboy but dont hate him like most people seem to. He is getting all these chapters dedicated to him i am hoping it doesnt end up being a huge waste of time. Unpopular opinion: Bastard without Isagi and playing the Kaiser system only makes much more sense talking about how the team works. We were told it is a team ruled by logical thought and logic dictates that focusing on Kaiser and relying on Kaiser impact is the best option.. With Isagi the team worked out and is way stronger but his Assist on the barcha game did not make him the most logical opinion, Isagi becoming a starter took bastard logic concept and ignored it totally

Having him integrate to the Kaiser system at first would make more sense, maybe him getting a loose ball from a chance Kaiser loses or something similar. Kaiser does have ness and some others on his side , but isagi has kunagami, hioiri, karona, yukimia, and richi(I know I botched half these names but I’m too lazy to search them up. This along with the fact that the NEL is suppose to cause blue lock player to evolve at a rapid rate not Kaiser. If Noa just played isagi as a middle fielder then maybe the team would be better but it would go against the entire point of the NEL and what ego wants.

The fact that you can have another viable striker option is what made Isagi able to stay on the team and Kunigami had the best physical stats on the BM team excluding Noa and finished 3rd in the test they made (genuinely don't know how Ness beat Kunigami on that test) so being able to use him is what gave Isagi a starting position. 2 is that Isagi is basically a test for Kaiser by Noa. He is not a starter just because he is the protagonist. There is some truth to that since this is his story so of course he'd be given a starting position, but you can see the logic being laid out by the author as to why he claimed a starting position.

Reo's potential is the highest in the entire series imo, considering statements of where he can copy techniques up to 99% accuracy. If he ever manages to shed his layers and fixation on Nagi to unlock his full potential, he has a VERY real chance at becoming the very next Snuffy (imo the best PLAYER in the world that we know)

chris prince locked kaiser down and noa was needed to interfere before losing the ball but reo ofc came first, rin stopped kaiser twice now, so locking down kaiser isnt really a feat that would make me but lorenzo over sae, but it is what it is

I'm confused ain't a midfielder supposed to help on defense and most importantly be the creative outlet for a team. Scoring goals is like last option/when there is a clear cut opportunity for you.
it depends for example Karasu is all about helping defense then he forwards the ball to Charles who give it to the strikers, both are midfielders but serve different purposes
