Dear madam, I have been following your lectures for quite some time and this subject caught my interest. See I am a senior citizen and a widower. My wife suddenly left me and I am 80+ and 90% of my negative thoughts are about my health. For instance if I get slight pain in the chest Immediately conclude that I am getting a heart attack. I request to suggest a remedy to erase these kind of thoughts. Thank you in advance and God bless you.

Don't worry about any petty issues. Keep your self cool and busy. Try to do pranayama and simple exercises or walking. Take light food and watch any entertainment programs, light movies and listen to any favourite soothing music. Regular prayer and meditation will be definitely helpful for enhancing the mental health.
