Why do we have great players but keep losing matches? One biggest problem not many ppl are talking about is the attitude of our players. There has been a subtle competition in the camp that is crippling team work on the pitch. I don’t know if it’s bcos of the expectations and how we always praise the goal scorers and ignore the rest. All our forwards seem to be selfish and only give passes to their buddies. There is NO team work on the pitch at all….we get penalty and you see 3 players fighting for the ball. The team has drowned and it needs resuscitation. Journalists should unbiasedly address these issues. We will not see breakthroughs if they don’t play as a team and fight for one goal. We like comparing players, hyping some players and expecting too much from new players….the biggest reason for the division in camp. Let us not hype only a few of them but advertise team work. Why will wingers be forced to shoot from long distances while strikers will be waiting in 18 box? We need to preach TEAM WORK! and but not single few players out. We have good players but they can’t win matches without being part of a TEAM!
The question is whether they are going to maintain it well
Hybrid turf or? All new pitches ought to be Hybrid
I am very happy the company we all know in Ghana did not construct this pitch. Their method of construction for AstroTurf pitches is not good at all. Players knees are in jeopardy playing on these concrete base astroturfs.
