Almost like a continuation sound so similar, but i love the skankin guitar ending on nothin to lose so I’ll definitely take another similar sounding song no problem lol
Dortmund 2004. They played search & destroy and than that wonderful final jam. I love those golden years because of long final jams ❤ Edited: 2003 indeed. My bad)
Dortmund 2006 war auch ziemlich geil, war bei der ersten Show. Der Jam oben ist aber von 2003, 2004 haben sie nicht in Dortmund gespielt.@@Limettengrün
Also thank you to the the purple line 6 modulator for being such a confusing and strange pedal for John to play with to create some of these wild sounds
One of the rare instances in this pic where Anthony wore a shirt. :> That being said, this was a really good jam. The live stuff really shows who the chili's can be.
This is why I believe by the way us their best album. I think it's the most inspired they ever were. Ex: Anthony screaming. Plus the b sides and songs like rolling sly stone and the other super heavy one from Hyde Park.
I Just listened to that song because of your comment. I thoroughly enjoyed it so thanks for that. But I do not see the resemblance. Could you explain more? Maybe you're better at music theory than I am? I like learning.
@@Jerry-yd8pj The chords that John Frusciante is playing around 8:14 are in the same musical key that he uses in Dissolve and the guitar tone is very similar - it is hard to hear a resemblance because he is playing the chords in a different way :) Have you heard John Frusciantes other solo stuff? Highly recommend it to anyone who likes these Jams
Is this seriously Kiedis' voice? Is this the only version y'all have seen? Becase I have never heard AK scream/growl....dont get me wrong I LOVE IT but I'm unsure what happens around 1:50!
These jams are what make me fall in love with this band
Wow! Anthony's voice is so strong! And the jam is incredible rich!
Nothing To Lose like jam
Almost like a continuation sound so similar, but i love the skankin guitar ending on nothin to lose so I’ll definitely take another similar sounding song no problem lol
Shit spoke to soon before hearing end of this song for first time. They gonna make best concert outro of all time with this one day!
So bad they're not creating beautiful outros like this at their shows anymore

das Intro war auch heavy damals.

2003
That’s the only thing that disappoints me about this new era with Frusciante is that they don’t jam for more than 3 or 4 minutes at a time now
This jams are too emotional, more than classic hits
Tearjerker
Your uninformed and silly 😜 🤪
Wish we could listen more screams from Anthony!! Sounds so awesome
I'd rather have him sing at least another 20 years.
@@fairyfruscianteI wouldn’t
That’s the chilis I love. Off the map
That scream was EPIC
Can't stop listening to this, it's too beautiful
So grateful u made it. If only u will cut final jam at calgary 2006 we die-hard fans will appreciate it more. Thanks a lot anyway
stay tuned bud
The beginning is similar to "The Will to Death" by John Frusciante.
Also very similar to look on
and all the along the watch tower

Pic is from ByTheWay...so this Jam IS from this time,or !?
@@ojflex9098As far as I remember yes
This is nothing to lose . Wow
I cant stop listening to this.
Real cool music indeed nice musical experience
awesome
Awesome jam ❤
Cara que somzera🤘🏻🌶🔥
This is a level of musicianship I can’t imagine anyone else getting close too
Awesome to hear this in 2024 ❤🎉
Anthony should use vocal fry more often, it sounds really fing good
ive seen a shit ton of this band ive never heard him use vocal fry that was hype asf
@@dominic5602 true , i dont think he uses it in any record , i dont know about their first few records back in the 80s though
Closest I can think of are more "war cry" like woos that get a little fried like in parallel universe I believe that's the closest I can think of
Casual RHCP fans: “Anthony’s vocals are average at best”
The same fans when hearing this song: 🤐
Chad is a beast! Speeding up like that at the very end of the show damn
Reminds me of that jam they did with Josh called ‘stray time in the 80’s’
It’s all along the watch tower chords tempo sped up! as soon as I heard it I was like I know that chord pattern! Still a great jam!!!!
Nice Add, fort!!~* 👍 ~*
RHCP ❤
My brain fries about 18 seconds in.
Thanks to you all…
So beautiful so wonderful so rich, iam trill .закон нема што поздрав од Македонија

Leverage of space
Absolutely. The most Johnny album
It is very similar to "Nothing to lose" 😅 I guess it's a flirt to the live audience to give away this half spontaneous entry with different lyrics.
Sounds a bit like All Along the Watchtower!
Truth
cowgirl in the sand
8:14 is the riff for Dissolve from Frusciante DC:EP
I Just listened to that song because of your comment. I thoroughly enjoyed it so thanks for that. But I do not see the resemblance.
Could you explain more? Maybe you're better at music theory than I am? I like learning.
i hear it it’s the same chord progression as the first two verses

2:13 sounds like a part from his song "Drill"

He probably doesn't know proper techniques to do it, or we would have heard it more often
6 mins in the dance party starts
Flea's bassline )
now i could be old and de3mented. All along the watchtower,
All along ……… jimi
But the thing is, no guitarist is anything without his backline.. And that is comin' from a gitarwrits...xx
"she grew up in an Indiana town..." wait... , no it's "black bandana sweeet Louisiana" …nope, not that one either.
this was realesed with "nothing to lose" name
My first thought too,but Nothing to Lose was performed in 2000 while this one is from the Dortmund Germany 2003 show.
Its other track mate
Whatever...
They should do it nowadays. Just jamming 2 hours long.
I am always mooooortified people seem to thing a jam is a pause or something...the start talking...get a beer......WTF....
Watchtower vibes
really yeah! ur right!
