I use his burners on several of my jets and they really look nice in flight. Real easy to install and the pricing is excellent as well.
Ray makes a nice Centerburner! I will be putting them in more Models soon.... Stay Tuned!

Will try the cog, mine measure alittle back. Rather nose heavy then not. I put an 80mm in for a slower flight. Hopefully it's enough. Great flight as always 👍

I noticed that you did the CG balance check with the gear down. How much different is the CG point with the gear up given the retract rearwards?
I will get a battery tray from Dustan. I fly grass only, no hard tarmac where I am located.
Hi, I got a quick question. I recently bought the freewing f-18 but it´s not good with the stock settings. Can you tell me on how much mm the CG is in your flight? I put it back as far as I could to improve the flights.
How do yo uadd the afterburner lights in the exhaust nozzles ( Whatever the back of theexhaust vents are called ) I know it's battery powered but i like to call those back exhaust nozzles cuz why not?
Have a look on Facebook for “Gooniacs RC EDF Creations” as he hand makes these to order-basically a 3-D printed cone that fits on the back of the motor with a light attached and wiring to suit aircraft with a controller unit so that the light comes on at the appropriate time.

i would really worry about the gear doors on grass, one hard landing and they are gone unless you land on a golf course
Not worried. I may loose a door with a hard landing but i got Foam-Tac:)

It's an awesome jet only thing I don't like is it's a vacumn cleaner not motions fault it needs the cheater but bounce a pebble with the front gear buh bye fan I might try some bug screen on the vent I've done it on other jets prone to this and I did it to my 262 have you ever tried it?
Never used bug screen... it may be to restricting.
@@RCINFORMER it's not noticable give it a shot on the 262 I used it on the side intakes I used it on the freewing f86 and intruder worked like a charm

Hi Rich nice flight as always..Regarding Dustin i tride to get a F14 grass mod kit and the F18 battery plate but the guy just bullshits saying that he doesn't have them in stock or his waiting on new mecheine to make some up...Are you able to get me a set of the F14 tomcat kit and the F18 battery plate mods please as I have given up on Dusten sending him emails as he has not sent a quote to me he doesn't want to supply me from what I can tel mate Down under in OZ

All those piece of garbage are bad for grass. This guy shows only convenient videos. My was very bad for grass take off
Im not liking my f18 at all. It feels heavy on sticks and lethargic. I moved cg back to 105mm which is somewhat better but its just slow on the sticks. Not very responsive. Any ideas. I use graupner gyro with mz 32 radio. Its the only jet that feels like this. where do you center your neutral flap position. Where is your cg
Have you calibrated the esc? Something is not right. This is the most responsive jet I've had.
