Can someone tell me where do I put the cleaning formula?

How long the clean cycle, 30 seconds? The clock images make it look alot longer

Came here to say this - 40 seconds

Same! I don't understand why we have to fill the full water tank if it takes 1 or 2 times for self cleaning

My cleaner/steamer also only ran for about 30 seconds. Can't see it cleaning in that time. My roller was still dirty. It starts out with a low noise then the cleaning cycle kicked in for 30 or 40 seconds. I also wonder why I have to fill the tank with water for just that short time. Does it really clean? Why don't they tell you on the video how long it will run and if it starts out on a low noise then the cleaning cycle. This video didn't help much.

My cleaning cycle lasted, maybe 30 seconds. Why fill the clean water, tank with so much water, and the cleaning cycle only uses a few ounces?

If you fill it to the clean cycle line and run the clean cycle twice, it will be at the large area water level line.

@austinmcdowell9763 Mine doesn't it's not even remotely close to the large level line. Post a video of your and link it here. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I've run the cleaning cycle two and three times. Even then, it doesn't even come close to using all the cleaning cycle water.

It seems like they added the clean line to the wrong side of the bottle...
While the bottle is upside down in the machine, then the fill line makes sense...
But upright when filling it, is way too much

I used mine 4 times before it died! It will turn in for a couple seconds, and then the steam light flashes! It won’t even do a clean out cycle! I place it in the station and press the clean out button, it pumps water for about a second and then the steam light flashes. Very disappointing
