*1 tsp Sugar 白糖
*2 tsp Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
300g Pork Belly 花肉
2 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
15g Rock Sugar 冰糖
10g Ginger Slices 生姜片
50g Garlics 蒜瓣
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
1 tsp Thick Soy Sauce 老抽
1 L Water 泡香菇水
2 Beancurd Preserved 腐乳
½ tsp Salt 盐
1 tbsp Abalone Sauce 鲍鱼汁
