The question paper will be ssc type completely. There will be mirror image questions too. All the banking aspirants thinking that this is a easy exam, can crack easily by studying 20days.😁. They will feel the pain which was most of the candidates felt in 2019 😁😁. This is a trap.. Only the people who already gave the exam know the truth behind this.. And of course the work culture. 😐sales sales and sales.. 😐😐. This is the harsh truth. An ex employee of idbi can give the exact information regarding this.. What is the actual scenario 😑😑.. 4.5 lakh. Plus various amount students have to pay which never mention in the form. Only the people know who already went through this kind of situation. And of course 3years bond. Na ghar ka na ghat ka.. Koi agar preparation kare kisi dusre exam ka uska age bhi nikal jayega aramse.. Sales sales karte karte. Phir 3 saal baad apne aap hi job chor dega..this is the strategy to make fool everyone. Hum log easy exam ke piche vagte rehte hain ye samaj ke ke competition kaam hoga.

Until the idbi bank is under IBA, the salary will not change even though it gets privatized completely. Like other pvt banks federal bank, KVB, the salary will be par with PSBs

Yes after 3 years, bank will conduct test n interview if you clear you will be promoted to AM else your contract will be extended for 1 year and then one more exam for promotion. Still you don't clear then they will terminate you

Sir, recently I have seen a video about how Axis Bank Young Banker program batch students are being harassed for sales in their respective branches. I am selected in IDBI Pgdbf course and the course is yet to start in February. My family members are happy to send me as the salary is on par with the public sector banks. Please tell me whether IDBI also harasses its employees for sales, whether we have job security if we miss our targets. Sir please do respond because I have to pay a whopping 3.5 lakhs + GST for the course. Bank has tied up with Manipal university and that institute is charging for the course but not bank. Whether you attend physically or online, they will charge the fee bcoz they want to run the institution and pay the salaries for the staff

If you are from Maharashtra you will get home state posting till you become DGM. Chances for karnataka, Gujarat n Tamilnadu people for home state posting. And others, don't expect home state posting for 5 years. Especially Andhra, Telangana , UP, uttarkhand n kerala don't expect home state posting for 6to7years

After 3 years, bank will conduct exam n interview if you get selected you will be promoted to AM or else they will extend our contract of executive for 1 more year. Then again you have to go for exam. Still if you don't clear the exam the they will remove you from the bank

Permonth 2500 and it's not salary it's stipend.....after 9 month you will join internship program for 3 month that time you will get 10000 per month for 3 month....after you will get your joining at that time you get salary 62,000+

No one will remove from job unless you perform worstly. NPS will continue until idbi is under IBA .
Moreover idbi is privatized on the books only but the management is still working as per PSB policies . If you see the recent notification, bank has provided reservations where our don't see reservations in other pvt banks notifications

You have to pay a penalty of ₹2 Lakh, if you decide to leave after joining the bank. Also, if you wish to leave during the 1-year training/course, then you have to repay the course fee i.e., ₹3.5 Lakh plus GST in full before leaving.
