Ied al Fitr or Idul Fitri is marks the end of Ramadan month. It's also the beginning of new month called shawwal (Ied fitr is held at 1st Shawwal). For meaning, ied al Fitr is means 'back to fitrah or to be holy again",
In that sense, after one month of Ramadhan we do a lot of good deeds, repent for the sin, trained ourself to resist the bad nafs (nafs means "self", "psyche" or "ego") also means efforts to refrain from all forms of lust that plague humans. Then in the month of Shawwal humans are like newborn babies again if Allah accepted their fasting during Ramadhan (coz not all fasting get accepted by Allah if we still not repent our sin, not do a good deeds or still do a bad deeds, hurting other people even with animal with our words, action etc and still have an illness inside our hearts toward other people. in conclusion, our fasting in ramadhan didnt make us to be a better human. People like that only get hunger and thirst, but didnt get Allah mercy n goodness with erased their past sins).
But If Allah accepted their fasting, then Allah will replaced with new additions of goodness and erase their mistakes and sin like a newborn babies, who free from all sins (in islam, there is no a concept "original sin". All newborn babies is holly and have no sin at all. And that is our true fitrah as human, born without a single sin). But in time when we living our lifes, we commit the sins through our minds, words and actions.
So Allah gave opportunities to us to clean our sins through Ramadhan (even we can wash our sins anytime as long as we repent our sin n asked for Allah forgiveness n promise to not repeated the same mistake again). But in Ramadhan, every good deed that is done in the month of Ramadan will be rewarded with multiple rewards beside the forgiveness from Allah. But who still commit a sin and bad deeds during Ramadhan, their sins also will counted multiple times too 😅

5:50 for muslim names actually there is no such a muslim names. But because islam is coming from Arab, then some people tend to take a name that sounds like Arab name or from Arab words for their name, just like Waseem (it means handsome in arab for man) Jamilah for women. Or Habibi for man (it means the one who get loves by peoples) habibah for women etc. But you still can use ur original name if you convert to islam (even lot of muslim such as muslim in southeast asia didnt have arabic name even they are born from muslim family. Just like me, Miyu 🤭🤭)
But usually, beside taking from arabic words just like Waseem, most of muslim prefer taking a name from the prophets name (such as Ibrahim, Muhammad, Adam, Musa, Isa, Idris, Sulaiman etc) or from the Angels name such as Jibril (gabriel), Mikail (Michael), Ridwan etc or from Rasulullah sahaba (sahaba means friends or companion or people who meets n follows our Rasulullah in that time) such as Umar, Utsman, Ali, Abu Bakr, Khalid etc or taking from Rasulullah family such as Khadija, Aisya, Fathima, Hasan, Husein etc. Or the family of the prophets in the past who also a faithful people to follows Allah and His prophets such as Aisiya (prophet moses foster mother), Maryam/Maria (prophet Jesus/Isa's mother), Imran (Maria's father. His name even become a title in one of surah in Qoran beside Maryam/Maria), Bilqis (prophet Solaiman's wife n Queen) etc
So, u can choose which name that gave u an inspiration or role model the most (of course u must learned about their history in order to get know them, and then u can decide which one that gave u inspiring the most) or u can asked ur religious teacher/imam to gave new name for you, if you want a new name. That name can be like a pray n wishes that u will become like them in term of their character, pious etc.

@@NgJennyTv Aisiya is such a really good choice of name ^___^ And you know, Aisiya is one of from 4 womens who guaranted by Allah will enter the paradise (Allah Himself mentioned their name and give the information through Rasulullah). The other 3 is Khadija, Fathima and Maryam/Maria. You should learn their history, it's really beautiful and inspiring not just for women but also for man. They really give a good inspiration in term of character, personality, pious, educated/smart, sacrifice, nobility and bravery even that not lot of man can have that such as bravery lol...
