How to Make Flower Tassels with Fabric and Tulle

Here is an easy way to make small tassels with fabric or tulle. I made these small but you can make them as big as you wish.You can use these as earrings or they can be put on a bracelet, perfect for all king of jewelry ideas.
I was also thinking of adding them to decorate a keychain for example.
Of course there are many other ways to use them so let me know how You would use them.
