Yes!!!! It's like Ronnie is shedding that old self off. The way this version was done, the lyrics hit soooo much different in this one. It's powerful, poetic, and this cinematic version just encapsulates you! I love it, and Lulu it just means you are more emphatic that you cry from music. Not everyone feels that, nor has that response. Even getting chills listening to someone resonates within your body that it reacts to it in such ways. You have a big heart, never be ashamed of that!
After watching every reaction there is and having the song on perpetual repeat since its release, I have made my judgment. This is the single most powerful, most beautiful, most epic and greatest thing I have heard in my 45 years. Great reaction guys. Words can't even express.

A lot of people don't catch that this is a direct continuation from his 'watch the world burn' video. This is the aftermath and at the end of the video you see everything being repaired and the fire going out around the world. At the end of the just video the world was on fire

i have severe depression and the video of falling in reverse shows my soul and how i feel i fight and fight every day and a few weeks ago a woman came into my life who is just wonderful and unfortunately i haven't asked her or told her yet I have what I feel for her because I haven't felt anything for 9 years and I got a bombshell of feelings and she just came into my life and just changed everything from zero to 100

Absolutely spot on assessment of this song and the video. You've set the bar extremely high for any of your future videos. Especially when you said, ".., world falling apart" it was a visual that made more sense when the world started 'falling in reverse' and started to re-build back to the way it once was. Hopefully stronger and better.

I think Ronnie gives the text the right, worthy framework. The Papa Roach version is too rocky for the seriousness of the lyrics. That's exactly what Ronnie conveys in this song, the pain and the fight with and against evil thoughts. Surely only people who have psychological problems and fight their demons every day can understand this. How often her mental world collapses and threatens to bury her. How many times do you think, “I can’t go on like this” and fight your way out, only to find again and again, “Nothing is okay.” But you keep fighting, every day. They fight with all their strength against being buried under their collapsing world. The sad thing is that too many people lose this battle, ultimately running out of strength and being buried under their collapsing world.

Ronnie has been writing all his own songs for 20 years. He just got off tour with Papa Roach and Ronnie and Jacoby are good friends, it's a song that meant a lot too Ronnie, so he thought it would be cool to reimagine it. He's reimagined 2 of his own songs. Same reason Disturbed did The sound of Silence.
You have a right to your opinion, but no one is making you listen to it if you don't like it. Most of us love this version. He brought life and a different feeling into an amazing song.
