The concept is basically about the oppression we've received throughout history, in and out of the country. When colonizers came and treated us like slaves or 2nd rate citizens in our own country. When some of our ancestors were brought abroad and were kept in cages and treated like animals in zoos. When, even in modern day, we still receive racial slurs and bullying to all sorts of degrees. I think conceptually, what they were showing us is how that very oppressive history shaped us to be modern day warriors and that we have owned it and turned it into something we can use today to counter racism and classism.

✌️😃🇵🇭 I am glad that you noticed some of the signs, words, and symbolisms in their MV, for there's a lot of them. Even their clothes, textiles, fabrics, designs, fashion, styles, props, sceneries, settings, etc. have a lot to mean and say, aside from the lyrics and the kind or sort of plot or story of the MV.
This MV is full of historical references from Philippine history during the occupation, colonialism, and imperialism of the United States of America (USA), and the history of Filipinos in the Philippines and in diaspora elsewhere around the world, especially in the USA, during those times, era, or period in the history of our people and ancestors.
Notice the people around or with the members of Alamat, in a lot and various scenes of the MV, and who are in white or wearing in all white with white masks? They're actually representing "White Americans" in the USA.

The lyrics is kinda about being attracted to a girl but the video message is very deep and historical HAHA but yeah i so hope this groups talent and angst wont go to waste ♡
The music video is actually a reflection of a real historical event, as you saw in the poster at the start, but also an occurrence of how they treated Filipinos and non-white people as lower beings, savages, barbarians, etc. They are shedding light to this event through their music video. Nice reaction btw!
The song was multiliguistic because it used many different languages/dialects such as Tagalog (Filipino), Bicolano, cebuano, ilocano, kapampangan and English. FILIPINOS are multiracial and multiliguistic by ourselves since Philippines is an archipelago.

1,000 native Filipinos who had been brought to the United States expressly for the shock and delight of white fairgoers: in one prominent spectacle, Igorot tribes people were required to slaughter and eat a dog each morning as visitors looked on. The Philippine Reservation was but one of a panoply of “living exhibitions” available at the exposition’s human zoo, in which indigenous people from around the globe -- as well as their food, dress, architecture, games, and religious rites -- were converted into fairground attractions.

Kasmala MV refences [A Thread]
The MV started with a shot of Taneo (a half Igorot himself) being tied on a pole. This depicts the dark history of the Igorots during the 1904 World's Fair at St. Louis, USA. The Igorots in the expo were forced to kill & eat dogs and were coerced to perform tribal ceremonies on a 'daily' basis, for the local's amazement and for the US regime to cement their claim that the whites were more superior and that the U.S. needed to make the Philippines a colony because of their uncivilized ways.
The poster from the gate was depicted as poster of the St. Louis Fair in which ALAMAT derived it's comeback poster.
Those people wearing white wardrobes are the American elites and locals.
The White person on Alas represents President McKinley washing the native Filipinos, an act of "civilizing" them.
Arthur Jensen's Racist Eugenics - Grades of Intelligence which depicts that the black population is inherently and immutably less intelligent than the white population (Mo is half-black btw).
Gami's part represents how the Igorots were oversensationalized as dog-eaters (thus the red eyes and dog stuff toy). With this, they became a milking cow for business owners of the fair. Americans paying bucks to see the "head-hunters" up close.
On Valfer's part depicting the first waves of Filipinos who came to the US had to adapt to the way Americans dress up The manong generation, were the first generation of Filipino immigrants to arrive, en masse, to the United States. They formed some of the first Little Manila communities in the United States, and they played a pivotal role in the farmworker movement. The Manongs were mostly bachelors and were perceived threat to white America.
White youths objected to the attention that Filipino men lavished on white girls. Hence, Filipinos were always targeted of attacks worse getting killed. It also depicts an anti-miscegenation law was passed which prohibits inter-racial relationships (White woman + Filipino). (Taneo's sexy scene with white dressed person).
The sablay-like gold sash of ALAMAT was inspired from the pre-colonial Maharlika men who wears chained gold found in the Boxer Codex. Most of Filipinos on that time we're killed and died for huger through a couple of years.

Did you know that Tomas ng Alamat or Franco in real name and Bailey🇵🇭 of Now United🌎 were in the same season of Big Brother in the Philippines in 2015. Where 3rd Teen Big Placer was Tomas/Franco and 4th Teen Big Placer was Bailey.
Now look at how far they have come in their careers. Bailey is good at dancing and has improved his vocals as well as Tomas/Franco. Bailey is now Lead Vocalist and Lead Dancer and Tomas is now Lead/Main Vocalist and Lead Dancer.

the very controversial st Louis world's fair included different native Filipino The concept of this song "kasmala" is about as living Exhibits it was also Called the 'human zoo '..
