@@amjodyayman2180 actually many/most nurses do have rules on polish, nails & some even jewelry. It’s a sanitary issue. My hospital has rules regarding these & for a very long time so it is a legitimate question in this country & certainly by someone from another country who is curious.

In my country too. Nurses and doctors have to have short nails and no polish for sanitary issues. But ni everyone follows the rules sadly

I don’t like to make negative or “know it all” kinds of comments but that is a LOT of protein. Too much can be a bad thing. Kidney stones are a bit@h & too much protein will help those little suckers form. All kinds of other issues too. Your saving grace is you don’t have too much animal protein. Anyway just thought I’d throw that out there.
