The Viking Swivelift Receiver Mounted Loading Platform can be difficult to assemble. I show here how to use some cardboard and scotch tape to make the process easier
Very cool idea - what I did was out the bolt inside using a wrench and scotch take and had the washer and nut on the outside - works just fine like that too :)

I used a harbor freight long reach pliers. It was a quick and easy solution.

Tape holds the nut in the end of the wrench and you don’t even have to huckleberry Finn a board
