I sometimes wonder what a Tomodachi Collection translation would look and sound like, if it was given the overall amount of effort Nintendo gave localizing Tomodachi Life.
I know I’m a year late but here’s why it was never localized: Apparently they couldn’t find a decent way to make the voices speak English, as well as other languages. It sounded very broken and they just couldn’t figure it out.
@@thegdcreeper i mainly use the katakana characters (the simpler looking ones) as those are mainly used to write out non-japanese words. it's merely a matter of learning the japanese character pronunciations to decently type in english words.
And they said that they couldt internationally release this because thhe english voices sucked.... Idk. This is WAY more charming! Then again. We wouldnt have gotsn New Life as a sequel if it werent for that so... Pros n cons.
