For those who are lazy even to Google I will summerize: The anthem is called : "Dear Motherland" (Мила Родино) and it basically praises and glorifies the beauty of Bulgaria. I think it's close to a military march, because Bulgaria in the past had really rough outcomes from some wars. In the past Bulgaria was even close to be even an empire. Many Bulgarians are being lied about their past and their history and throughout the education system a lot of facts of how strong ancient Bulgaria was are hidden. For example many Bulgarians do not know that there's a map in the national histоry museum of Iran where it''s shown that Persia is sharing borders with Bulgaria. From here you can imagine what lies are spread amongst the nation and the world. In general the world thinks Bulgarians are gypsies, because a lot of gypsies are leaving Bulgaria with Bulgarian passports doing miserable stuff in the west. But not many people know that the gypsies were actually imported in Bulgaria after the first World war (if I am not mistaken). Now Bulgaria is a small but really beautiful, underdeveloped country, barely a ghost of its former self with barely surviving nation, because of poverty and tons and tons of rich history. The politicians there DO NOT care about the wellbeing of the country, they sell their asses for western money while the nation is miserable. What preserved our nation till this day is what you see on that video - the spirit. "Dear Motherland" represents the true fighting spirit of our nation which unfortunatelly is slowly fading away. Why I am writing this? Because I will never shy away to call myself Bulgarian. No matter how much the West laughs at us. Bulgaria existed long before many of the western countries. Also, because I see a lot of positive comments here and I want to show my respect to those by giving them more of an "inside" look.
