How many days before Visa interview would be the perfect time to open blocked account, according to you or your experience and knowledge brother?
I opened my blocked account 10 days before my visa interview. I think 10 days are more than enough for Fintiba.

bank se transfer kr sakate ho ya fir private currency exchange valon se trasnfer karava sakate ho
