Very helpful thank you
Very informative video, Thank you. I have a question. I got a letter to begin submitting I864 to NVC. Now it is Jan. 30,2024, will my most recent tax return be 2022 ? Deadline to file for tax return 2023 is April 2024 but I haven't receive all needed documents to file for 2023.
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our office can only provide free general advice since we do not want to create an attorney/client relationship with an individual that is not a client. This prevents us from assuming liability in the event that an individuals handle their cases incorrectly. You are more than welcome to schedule a paid consultation to receive case specific advice. Most likely, we will need to ask you additional questions to determine what documents you need or do not need for your case.
@realwinninglaw thank you for responding. I just want to know if the tax return 2022 is sufficient enough now until I file for my 2023 when I get my documents situated.
Many thanks for your video’s it was a big help for me. I forgot to send the affidavit with I-485are they going to denied my case thanks in advance
Unfortunately, they can do either 1 of 3 things: (1) Accept your case but deny it based on the missing I-864; (2) Accept your case and request the I-864; or (3) Reject your case. USCIS is not consistent when it decides what to do.
Very helpful 😊
Thank you!
Thanks was so helpful
Thank you so much for your kind feedback!
good Job 👍
Thank you!
Well said. It’s a great help to us. Will you do Form I-130 and I-130A next time?
We will keep this in mind for future videos!
We just uploaded instructional videos for the I-130 petition last week. Thank you for your suggestion!
Thank you for the video! For those who got tax extension which documents submit? 4868 form? Tax return from previous year?
Yes, submit the tax extension from the IRS.
@Winning Law- For the,"My current individual annual income" on page 4. Do we just look at our gross income on our W-2 form and used that to enter the number on the application?
This video is for general information only. Please view the I-864 Form Instructions for this information.
Can you direct where specifically on the instructions form perhaps?

Can u count retirement income or Social Security income for financial support??
Yes
What is the diference between my form (K1) and my sons(K2) form?
K-1 is for the primary fiance(e) and the K-2 is for any child dependent under 21 that is accompanying the primary.
How is the signing procedure do you print and scan it and upload again? Thanks in advance
We are not sure what your question is. However, USCIS does accept electronically reproduced original signatures.
thank you@@realwinninglaw
I'm USA citizen. How to I need to filed the I-864, for my wife and 4 children? Because a I have a case every one separate.

Is this form for NVC stage for CR1 too?
If the foreigner is adjusting their status within the U.S., they will usually have to file this form with the I-485 form. If the foreigner is abroad, this form is required at the NVC stage and may be requested during the consular interview.
Hey my wife who I am petitioning for has no first name. Also I have no preparer or interperator. Do I leave those fields blank or write NA?
You are welcome to schedule a paid consultation for case specific inquiries. Having no first name or no surname is very common in various parts of India.
Hello, how can the petitioner print out this form to have for the interview. After it's been done and uploaded.
If you did not submit it with your I-485 application or you did it incorrectly, most likely you will receive a Request for Evidence or Notice of Intent to Deny from USCIS asking for it.
The Household size is the most tricky part, in your next video, don't rush that part. Take some time to explain it.
Thank you for your feedback! Please make sure to read the I-864 Form Instructions available on the USCIS website. This video is general in nature and not meant to establish an attorney client relationship.
Hii Sorry I need your help .. My joint sponsor filed for his wife who is still living overseas (Africa) I’m asking if we are still count her in his household size??
Unfortunately, this video is only for general information and is not intended to create an attorney/client relationship. For cases that have already been filed, our policy is that you will have to schedule a paid consultation to receive specific legal advice and/or case strategy. Thank you.
What if your immigrant spouse or beneficiary is working. Can u count that also as income for household??????
Our office only provides free general advice and not case strategy. The answer to your question is a maybe and it depends on a variety of factors. You are welcome to schedule a paid consultation with our office to discuss or review the law concerning the affidavit of support, which can be found in Sections 212(a)(4) and 213A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The provisions are codified in Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) at 8 CFR 213a.
Please how much the consultation fee
For the sponsor's household size. If the sponsor (married) is sponsoring his sister who got 2 kids...will that household size be 3 (sponsor + spouse + sister) or 5 (including his sister 2 kids) ?
Please review the information on the I-864 Form Instructions. This video is for general advice only. Thanks!
Hi I currently make 39300 an year I’m only sponsoring my spouse I do overtime so I make up to like 70000 an year on my tax return which one should I put on my current annual income r should I estimate how much I will make by the end of the year ? Pls let me know
Please review the I-864 form instructions provided on the government's website. If you still have questions, you can schedule a paid consultation with our office since we only provide free general advice.
can we esign it with adobe ?
No. Only reproduced original signatures are accepted.
I think you are mixing up gross adjusted income and taxable income. Taxable income is the number after your taxes have been subtracted .
We stated adjusted gross income, which is the net income. It is never the gross income except for current annual income, since you cannot predict your current adjusted income.
What if my total income is in negatives can I sponsor someone

Hello i hope you can answer my question, we recieved an rfe about form-i864 affidafit of support we have only 2 household size me and my husband ,my question is in the currently annual income ,and the total income. Our tax total income last year is 47,927 so this is what we put in our total income but we only put 42,765 in currently annual income just because my husband is currently working in only 1job now, that compare last year he's working 2jobs, i am right? And my question is why we still recieve an rfe about this? We didn't calculated the overtime in currently annual income because overtime in hes work is not like everytime or not regular, so how we calculated in hes sallary work for example per week he earn 1000×52. I hope you can help me about this, i attached the photo down there what i put in the form we send in uscis
