Installing a water tank screen filter and disc filter can help keep your water clean and free from debris. Here’s a general guide on how to install these filters:
Water Tank Screen Filter Installation:
Materials Needed:
Water tank screen filter
Pliers or wrench (if necessary)
Teflon tape (for threaded connections)
Steps:
Choose the Installation Location:
Identify the inlet area of your water tank where you want to install the screen filter.
Prepare the Area:
Ensure the area is clean and free from debris or any obstructions.
Attach the Screen Filter:
Install the screen filter on the water tank’s inlet pipe.
If the filter has threaded connections, use Teflon tape on the threads for a secure and leak-free connection.
Tighten the filter onto the inlet pipe by hand or use pliers/wrench if needed. Be cautious not to overtighten and damage the filter or pipe.
Check for Leaks:
Turn on the water supply to check for leaks around the filter. If leaks are present, tighten the connections gently to stop them.
Test the Filter:
Let water flow into the tank through the filter to ensure it's working properly.
Clean the screen periodically to prevent clogging.

Materials Needed:
Disc filter
Pliers or wrench (if needed)
Teflon tape (for threaded connections)
Steps:
Choose the Installation Spot:
Select a location on the water line where you want to install the disc filter.

Mount the Disc Filter:

There are lot of filters available in market/online Sir, but we should aware which one is suitable (it's depends on solutions, size and price), check in CZcams itself
Bro which place outlet or inlet disc filter and screen filter can be used.
Both will do the same work bro, you can use it in any combination, but before to buy, please check for what purpose you are going to install this. As I replied to many of the comments this product is just to filter the sand particles and debris.

Bro our home we are using 1 hp Submersible motor using its high pressure water flow , எனவே எங்க வீட்டுக்கு இந்த பில்டரை பயன்படுத்தலாமா இதனால் மோட்டாருக்கு ஏதேனும் பாதிப்பு ஏற்படுமா வேகமாக வரும் தண்ணீரை அளவை இது தாக்குப்பிடிக்குமா இல்ல அதனால பாதிக்கப்படுமா இதைப் பொருத்துவதால் எங்கள் மோட்டார் அதிகப்படியான அழுத்தத்தால் பாதிக்கப்படுமா??
பாதிப்பு வர வாய்ப்புள்ளது due to high pressure. And moreover, if the pressure is high surely the filter doesn't work like the water speed crushes the debris or something filtered in the tub.

@@diywithselvamdass4998 adhu therium I mean u have placed the filter in horizontal position your pipe is near to surface, I have space above the surface, should I insta like u did or I have the option to place tread cap facing down side towards roof.
Understood, you can place vertical as well. Thing is, both disc and screen are different cap directions. For cleaning purpose, you may insert the cap downwards (obviously the right filter as well)
Okay and one more doubt do u feel is there any pressure down after installing mainly in 🚿 shower.

It is available in Amazon, but please check the specifications before you order, this will not filter any salt, or soil. It will filter only the sand particles and debris.
for how many days it will work? will it work for mud water?
This is not like replacement filter, hopefully it will work for more than 5 years if we clean once in two weeks. Donno about mud water, if any sand particles come in through bore it will arrest. Don't expect too much action in inlet. But It is definitely worth for outlet connection.
