In preboard i still remember i got 23 marks in chemistry (which was to be honest was even too much for me because i was one of the students in the list of the good books of our chemistry teacher so he passed me and even trued to convince my father that he do better but my father went totally insane after that day and on that day i watched this video) and trust the process man .....i got 86/100 in chemistry boards

Mile aur bhai 12th ka. Chemistry ka paper tu zindagi mai kabhi nahi de payega yeh bhi yaad rakhna aur waise bhi zindagi doosra mauka kabhi nahi deti.....The first and the hardest step is to start. Bas ek baar lagja fir jo hoga dekha jaayega ....even if you do not get your desired marks lekin fir bhi tujhe aisa toh lagega ki bhai kam se kam maine initiative toh liya to improve myself...you will be proud buddy. Sir i didn't read a single page of chemistry book of class 11th and I got 4 out of 28 in classtest of class 12th but in board I got also 94 out of 100 like you.
Bhaiya i m a pcmb student hamara more then half course complete ho chuka hai.
Abhi tak 10 % v complete nahi hua.
So bhaiya is it possible that I can score more then 80% in my 12th boards agar mein starting se padhai start karr doon

Basically told NCERT is sh*t. Don't be demotivated by the thick books.
Read previous years questions to understand what questions are important and try to make your own notes and memorize organic Chem and do a lot of hard work.
He told Hard work is the Key to his and probably your success
