BEYOND POWERFUL I'M 😭😭😭 RIGHT NOW ❤❤❤ BEYOND TENDER 💖 MOMENTS THEIRS PEOPLE 7 FOOT 9 WHO PLAY THESE BIGFOOT IN COSTUMES THEY BEYOND TENDER LOVE MY FRIEND 😍 THE MUSIC LOVE LIVES ON INSTRUMENTAL I GET CHOKED UP I COULDN'T EVEN TALK 😭
Bruce Broughton is a very underrated composed. He's produced some beautiful music including the scores for 'Silverado' and 'homeward Bound the Incredible Journey'. I hope that someone can load the entire score for Harry and the Hendersons. It's magical.
OMG I was trying to place why the score from this movie sounds so similar to another movie and I was trying to place it forever! No wonder. It absolutely makes sense that it's the same composer as Homeward Bound's score because it's got that lovely "returning home to someone you love" feel to it
"We gotta let him go"......and "stranger feeling hey doc...what you talking about? It's over. Over? Why it's just the beginning....Jocko--this thumper hasnt ticked like this for yrs! It's like going to heaven with your feet still on the ground-and we get to share it with one of our oldest friends!"
A great composer and musician. A true gentleman. He wrote a 20 minute piece for the California Boys Choir "A Boyhood out of My Own Head" Neslund and Rogers transformed it into a short staged piece for the choir. Very enjoyable. I emailed Mr Broughton regarding any recording of the piece. He was quite humorous in his reply, "where did you dig up that old thing". 2:02 to the end does make the tears well up. Beautiful music from a man who knows composition.
After the events of this movie, I wonder if Wrightwood and Lafluer went to find Lochness!!!! Why didn't the hendersons simply camp out in the woods to visit harry like they did in the beginning??
The music is beautiful. It is a wonderful score to a delightful film which has never received the praise and attention it deserves.
thanks for the upload, my Fianceé got me Harry for Christmas watched it the other day and it was so nostalgic almost brought a tear to my eye :)
03:44 - "Well Jocko, what next for you?"
"I don't know. There's always Lock Ness?"

When Dr Wrightwood says "Over? This is just the beginning" to Lafluer...I wonder if that inspired Lafluer to begin to find Loch ness!
Also the score for the Playstation game Heart of Darkness is one of my favorites of this composer!
Strings of heavy nostalgia 🖤

The part at 1:15 reminds me of the bridge of This Is the Moment from the Jekyll and Hyde musical.
For me it’s at 2:02 that’s when the tears start
