Thanks for pointing out an important issue actually I have overlooked this point.sodium Benzoate actually active in the solution in the form of benzoic acid which dwell well at pH3.while alkaline solution DMDM as suggested in the video will be suitable
Someone told me that 50:50 ratio (50%MEG+50% WATER) is best for extremely cold areas like Sawat, Murree, Kaghan etc where temp down to -30 degree.. But for Karachi 30%MEG +70% WATER is best, because karachi climate is Hot... please advise is it true?

You can use a radiator flush, it will remove rust and other particles from the radiator, so many videos available on CZcams about how to flush a radiator. After flushing you can use new coolant

This is readymade coolant no need to add water for better results especially in areas of very low temp.while in rest of area having no freezing condition it can be used 1:2

Glycol by ur self is best in cleaning especially in dislodging already rust in circuit.theoretically we can eliminate glycol and can use antirust. alone but practically antirust alone will not keep ur car cooling circuit free of corrosion products
