How do you keep the user's connection to the wallet when you refresh the page, I always have to connect it manually each time, I couldn't find any information on thirdweb's documentation
If you're using the connect wallet button of thirdweb then it automatically does that. Even if you refresh the page you will see that the wallet is still connected. Im surious as to how are you connecting to the wallet right now?

I think you technically can, but since Ganache is only a mock blockchain running locally on your computer, once you kill the ganache process, shutdown your computer etc, the smart contract is lost and thirdweb can no longer access it

There are a bunch of options including Vercel, Heroku, AWS etc. Depends on your app infra and budget.

Yes using claim conditions there are a couple options you can use, allowlist or public with allowlist, to accomplish this.
