Yes I agree that investing in skills is a great thing. Sewing is a good example. I can do simple stuff but if I build my skill I could tailor clothes. I noticed that when I go to the tailor to have my work clothes fitted, they are always way too busy. Sometimes they have to tell people they can't take any more business because they are so overwhelmed. The skill is becoming more and more rare because they are retiring. I think it could be a good skill to learn for personal reasons and to help coworkers in a bind. Then maybe an option for some additional part time work outside of regular income.
I would kill to be able to go back in time and change what I did in my early 20ies! I was at uni, also working full time until late in the evenings and very stressed. I cannot say I fully regret it as I paid for my education myself and gained work experience while I was studying, but missed on simple things, such as college life and just being a student and enjoying that environment, which contributes to forming you as a person and building important relationships.

You are so right!!! A person's early 20's and late 20's are so different!!! I am trying to learn the mindset of buying cheap and buying to last. I got a pair of rain boots on clearance for $2 2 years ago and now they are ruined, now I am like should I buy another cheap pair or should I buy a pair of Hunters and have them last longer. I am trying to watch my lifestyle creep as I get out of debt while saving and investing.
Can u make a video about insurance? I don’t completely understand it and which ones are necessary and all that

You splurge on helicopter rides hahaha I never would have guessed that. I'm much older like i can be your grandmother dear but travel was never something I valued. I would much rather sit in my house with my loved ones and dog and have excellent quality food and items in my home.
Try splurging on some renters insurance 😁! Now you know and knowing is half the battle!
