How to thread strap on a Decathlon ONNIGHT adjustable head lamp

How to re-thread the adjustable strap on your Onnight brand head torch/headlight from Decathlon.

I've realized just now that the head band can be removed. Oh! Silly me. For the past couple years I've been removing the lightning unit and washing the head band and silicone cover together. Thank you for enlightening me.
